People with different backgrounds and life experiences still share a common outcome or goal. Everyone strives for physical and emotional well-being, while reducing their own suffering and that of loved ones.
Most common personal needs are to be seen, heard, understood, and treated as an equal among others. Sometimes we feel not whole or disconnected to self or others because these needs are not met. Judgements, trauma, and stress can heighten negative self-image and test relationships. These experiences often surfaces as dis-ease in the body or mind.
